You must be at least 13 years of age to register a student portal account on Ezmocks. You are solely responsible for maintaining the privacy of your account credentials and password. Any unauthorized sharing or commercial reselling of examination portals is strictly prohibited.
All exam questions, custom solutions, Hindi/English translations, interface themes (TCS, Eduquity, Modern), and analytics modules are the exclusive intellectual property of Ezmocks and its partnered academic content creators. Content may not be copied, distributed, or mirrored without prior written consent.
Premium tests and subscription packages require validated checkouts. Mocks will unlock instantly upon successful payment validation via secure PG channels (Razorpay and Cashfree). All prices are quoted in INR unless specified otherwise.

Our exam system contains active anti-cheat event monitors. Attempts to systematically manipulate test timing, bypass copy-paste protections, or automate question attempts will result in account suspension without warnings.
While we operate on highly resilient, fault-tolerant PHP server structures, services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We are not liable for transient network disruptions or exam timing synchronization drops on candidate browser systems.
